WEEKEND PREVIEW: Sumas eyeing home comforts, Bracknell Bees double-header

by Tom Crocker

Sumas have struggled for results in recent weeks

WOKINGHAM and Emmbrook will be hoping for some home comforts when they welcome Thame Rangers to Lowther Road on Saturday (2pm).

Sumas, who have moved up to sixth in the table after Henley Town’s Hellenic Division One East results were expunged, are on a poor run in the league.

Dan Bateman’s charges have lost five of their last six but they have only played five home league games so far.

Saturday’s visitors Thame are down in ninth but won the reverse fixture 1-0 in October.

Binfield would move into the top six with victory on Saturday

Up in the Hellenic Premier, in-form BINFIELD are on the road with a trip to Brimscombe and Thrupp.

Just two points separate the sides with the winner securing a spot in the top six.
