Hawkedon Primary School’s early bird pre-school held a truly colourful event last weekend.
The second Family Colour Run event saw close to 500 people running and watching, and raised more than £1,000 in the process.
A spokesperson for the pre-school said the event would not have been possible without the hard work of the organisers, and in particular chair Jen O’Brien, and event sponsors Avocado Property.
The money raised for the event will go towards upkeep of the pre-school, and to buy resources for the pupils.
