Twyford and Wargrave’s Roman Catholic parishioners are welcoming their bishop on a visit to them on April 2 and 3.
The Rt Rev Philip Egan, Bishop of Portsmouth, will be celebrating the 6.30pm mass on Saturday April 2 at St Thomas More, Twyford.
On Sunday April 3 he will celebrate the 9am mass at Our Lady of Peace, Wargrave and the 10.30am mass at St Thomas More.
Parish priest Father Jude Mbonu said: “We’re pleased to welcome our bishop to the parish. He is looking forward to meeting with members of our community.”
