This week (10 – 14 November 2025) marks Resolution’s Good Divorce Week, a week where members of the Resolution community focus on aspects of the practice to better help their clients. This November, the spotlight is on the Code; specifically, to highlight that there is a better way in family law, one that prioritises the families involved and reducing conflict.
