Wokingham-based Sylvian Care has been included in the Elite Franchise Top 100 rankings for the second year running.
Every year, the UK’s leading franchises come together to celebrate the best and brightest among their number and, in 2024, one locally grown business has really made its mark.
The company was founded in 2014 on the principle of enabling individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life for elderly people in their own homes.
It has since expanded into a thriving network spanning 26 locations around the UK, but has also continued to champion its local roots and emphasis on serving the community.
Sponsored by HSBC, the Elite Franchise Top 100 rankings are a mark of true excellence among all British businesses, not just the care industry, and, this year, the company has climbed two places, moving from 98th position to 92nd, a testament to its growth and commitment to excellence in franchising.
However, that was just the beginning. Sylvian Care was also a finalist in the Emerging Franchisor of the Year category last year, and CEO Cristina Grancea was also shortlisted as a finalist for the prestigious Women Achieving Greatness in Care, Corporate Leader award, highlighting her leadership and dedication to the care industry.
Cristina expressed her gratitude for the recognition.
She said:, “These achievements reflect the incredible dedication of our team and the commitment of our franchisees to providing compassionate, relationship-based care to those who need it most.”
As Sylvian Care continues to grow and make a meaningful impact on the communities it serves, it is always looking for talented and compassionate people to join them.
