More than 6,000 people are expected to attend the annual Woodley Community Carnival, bringing together local bands and a spectacular evening fireworks display.
This year’s event is being held at Woodford Park on Saturday, June 14, with lots of stalls, live performances and free attractions from 12noon until 5pm.
Attractions will include a classic car display, a show run by Woodley Flower Club, farmyard animals including ponies, displays from local enthusiasts, such as caged birds and model railways, roaming attractions, including movie characters and stilt walkers, and a BMX stunt show
For children, there will also be inflatables, including an assault course, as well as sporting challenges.
