FIRE CREWS were called to a Woodley home earlier this month to put out a chimney fire.
The incident occurred at 10.11pm on Saturday, January 21, at an address in Butts Hill Road.
Using a chimney kit, a team from Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service’s Wokingham Road station managed to put the blaze out.
It took them just under 50 minutes to tackle the fire.
