Christmas came early for a local household after scooping a £250 win in the Wokingham borough community lottery.
Wokingham resident Louise Charles couldn’t believe it when she found out.
She said: “I was delighted to find out I’d won £250 in the Wokingham borough community lottery – and did a little ‘kitchen happy dance’ with my kids.
“It’s a lovely surprise and I plan to treat my family to a Christmas eve meal out.
“I chose to support the community lottery because it helps local causes that make a difference in our community.”
Tickets for the lottery cost £1. 50p from every ticket goes directly to your chosen good cause.
You must be 18 or over to play and be gamble aware.
