A taster of plans for a new addition to Wokingham’s culinary scene have been revealed.
In the coming months, a new independent Indian dining concept will make its debut – operated by a local chef/patron and in collaboration with a world-renowned two-Michelin-starred chef.
The new venture is promising what is described as an innovative mix of heritage, warmth, and forward-thinking cuisine.
A spokesperson for the business told Wokingham Today: “The new restaurant is aiming to become one of the area’s most anticipated restaurant openings of the decade.
The spokesperson added: “We’re thrilled to be bringing a distinctive dining experience to Wokingham.
“Our team has poured heart and soul into crafting a menu that balances tradition with modern flair, and our chef/patron has helmed prestigious British kitchens, and collaborated with top culinary talents.
“From day one, we’ve wanted to create not just another restaurant, but a space where people can gather, relax, and discover Indian flavours in a whole new light.”
Specifics regarding the name, location, and menu, as well as its star-studded chef partnership and opening date, remain under wraps but will be revealed shortly, the hospitality venture said.
