AREAS across Earley could be designated formally as green space to greater protect them from development.
Earley Town Council is asking Earley residents to show their support for the list of sites across the town that it would like classified as Local Green Space.
It is part of Wokingham Borough Council’s Local Plan Update.
A spokesperson for the town council said that the classification could stop some future development on the sites.
