Hundreds of people descended on Wokingham last Saturday for the annual Mindset Unlimited Festival.
The event, which took place in Elms Field, kicked off with hugely raw and inspiring speeches from both the Town and Borough mayors, setting the tone for a day of growth and connection.
Attendees enjoyed a wide range of motivating panel chats and interactive holistic workshops, exploring topics that included wellness, mindset, and personal development. Even children were engaged all day, with activities that included yoga, drumming and sound baths.
The vibrant market stalls also offered everything from holistic products to health services.
A spokesperson for the organisers offered a special thanks to énergie Fitness Wokingham for their support, and for delivering a full day of fitness classes that kept the energy levels high.
They added a well done to Alex Legouix, Matt Keel and Drew Baxter plus all of the MU Crew, concluding that they are looking forward to the 2025 event.
