THE MAN stabbed to death in Finchampstead on Friday has been named by police.
Gee Smith, 29, died in the early hours of Saturday morning after being stabbed at a property in Dart Close at around 11.15pm on Friday night.
Anthony Wheaton, aged 24, of Dart Close, Finchampstead appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court this morning, charged with one count of murder.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Reading Crown Court tomorrow (Tuesday).
