A 10-year-old boy from Reading needed help from firefighters are he got his hand trapped in a door.
A crew from Wokingham Road station were called to a property in Orts Road, near Reading College, at around 3pm where the boy had trapped his hand in the heavy fire door.
The crew used several door wedges to free the boys hand, which they didn’t believe to be broken.
A spokesperson said: “The boy was in a lot of pain so we advised his guardians to get him checked over for any broken bones, but he seemed ok when we left.”
