Davies broke the deadlock on 38 minutes before the hosts fired back after the restart through Dan Roberts.
However, Carlo Santoro quickly restored the advantage before two late Davies strikes sealed a 4-1 win to move into the last four and continue the defence of the cup Binfield won last season.
