This dish takes about 20 minutes to prepare and then bakes in the oven and goes perfectly with a simple side salad
Ingredients for 4
- 400-500g Sausage meat
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Onion finely diced
- Lasagne
- 300ml Red wine
- Mild Cheese slices
- 100ml Tomato puree
- 4 TBSP Vegetable oil
Method
Fry the onion in a little oil until softened.
Add the sausage and garlic and brown gently.
Add the tomato puree and wine and bring up to a boil. Turn off and allow to cool slightly.
In a baking dish layer the lasagne then the meat and sauce followed by cheese slices and repeat. Top with cheese slices.
Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 200ºC for an hour.
