Hundreds of people enjoyed a traditional theatre performance last Saturday, thanks to Wokingham town council.
The Bart Lee Theatre Company entertained audiences on Saturday in Elms Field, with two performances of Jack and the Beanstalk.
Spectators at the free events enjoyed lots of interaction with the cast as part of the show, which featured characters Jack, Old Ma’ Donald, Flesh Creep the goblin, and Daisy the cow.
There was plenty of singing and dancing, and the chance to help the hero, Jack, to defeat the giant by being part of a giant human beanstalk.
