Sadly passed away at Royal Berkshire Hospital on 10th May, aged 63.
Devoted wife to Simon, beloved mother to Michael, Edd and John, sister to Helen and brother Michael and Nanny Pat to grandchildren Layla and Noah.
May she live long in the memory of everyone who knew and loved her.
Funeral service will be held at Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday 29th May at 11am followed by a private committal.
