The independent examination of Wokingham borough council’s Local Plan Update (LPU) finished last week following public hearing sessions led by government-appointed planning inspectors.
Once the hearings close, the inspectors will consider all the evidence and publish their report. This may include recommended changes to the plan.
Wokingham borough council will then review their findings and make any required modifications before the updated plan goes to councillors for a decision on adoption.
