The future of another business in Wokingham town centre appears to be uncertain.
The property is currently occupied by Millets at 37 Peach Street. It has been listed as being available to let on a commercial property website.
Page Hardy Harris, the company responsible for the sale and lease of council owned properties in Wokingham, confirmed the property will be available from December 2023.
The property is expected to command a rent of in the region of £32,000 per year.
JD Sports, the owner of the Millets brand, was approached for comment regarding their intentions for the Wokingham shop. No comments were received prior to publication.
