To celebrate the launch of its latest development in Arborfield, homebuilder Taylor Wimpey West London has launched a community chest competition.
Nominations are now open for the competition, which offers the chance for local good causes that are closeto the housebuilder’s The Rowcrofts development to win a £500 prize.
Taylor Wimpey is encouraging those living in Arborfield and the wider Wokingham area to nominate local groups, organisations or individuals they think are deserving of a helping hand.
Residents can submit their suggestions by emailing the name of the nominee, along with a brief description of why they have been nominated, to [email protected].
The deadline for nominations is October 15 and one email per person will be counted.
Gemma Bibby, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey West London, said: “Community groups and local charities are the heartbeat of the local community and rely heavily on the support they receive, so it is a real pleasure for us to be able to open this Community Chest competition up to Arborfield residents.
“If you know of a worthy cause in the area, we would love to hear about them.”
The Rowcrofts will provide up to 43 four/five bedroom homes to the local area, which have been designed with growing families in mind. Prices start from £525,000.
