Jaden Odama, a finalist in the Football in Berkshire Young Player of the Year award last season, scored a stoppage time equaliser for Wokingham Town Reserves in their Thames Valley Premier League encounter with Wargrave at Cantlet on Saturday.
With the first team’s match against British Airways postponed, the Sumas gave some fringe first team players a start, and saw the bottom-of-the-table side collect a well-deserved point against the league leaders.
Wokingham Town’s first team now face a run of four away matches, starting on Saturday with a trip to Wallingford to play Milton United.

Ashridge Park Women drew 4-4 with Caversham United Women in the Premier Division, while Finchampstead Reserves won 5-3 in an entertaining match at Emmbrook School against Wokingham Town Ladies.
In the Premier Division of the Southern Region Women’s Football League, Woodley United Ladies lost 4-1 at Beaconsfield Town and a number of their former players.
Woodley United remain bottom of the league with one point from their nine games, and host Chesham United Development in the first round of the Chairman’s Cup at Bulmershe Pavilion on Sunday afternoon.
