WOKINGHAM town centre faces a fortnight of disruption this November as two busy roads will undergo roadworks.
Peach Street is to be closed for a week and then parts of London Road will follow immediately after.
The roadworks will start on Wednesday, November 4 and continue until Tuesday, November 10. The works will take place along the entire length of Peach Street between The Ship Inn and the Town Hall.
All works will take place overnight from 8pm to 6am.
Then, from Wednesday, November 11 to Thursday, November 19, there will be temporary traffic lights installed on the A329 London Road between Peach Street and Binfield Road. These works are scheduled during the day.
