A 59-year-old pedestrian suffered a broken wrist and leg after being knocked over by a motorcyclist in Crockhamwell Road.
At around 5pm on Friday, November 13 a motorcycle was driving around the disabled parking area of the precinct before hitting the woman crossing the road.
The motorcyclist stopped briefly before driving off at speed.
The pedestrian was taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital where she was treated for her injuries.
The offender was wearing a white full-face helmet, dark clothing and was riding a small white motorcycle, similar to a dirt trails bike, which had a very loud distinctive exhaust.
Investigating Officer PC Alex Holmes from Roads Policing said: “If you witnessed this incident or have any information that you believe may assist with our investigation then please contact us via the Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.”
