Police and the bomb squad both attended a scene yesterday evening in Wargrave where they found an industrial sized firework in a home in Wargrave.
Corons were put in place in Highfield Park, Wargrave by Thames Valley Police which were in place until around 7pm.
TVP Wokingham said: “The cordons that were in place in Highfield Park, Wargrave, have now been lifted.
“The item discovered was a large “industrial sized” firework.
“The cordons were in place as a precaution while we ascertained what this was and we thank everyone for their patience.
