MOTHERS-TO-BE will have the opportunity to enhance their physical and mental well-being thanks to a weekly yoga class.
Pregnancy yoga sessions take place at Shinfield’s School Green Centre on Tuesday evenings, helping participants master low impact movement, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Led by instructor Sally, classes look to strengthen and prepare the body physically for birth, while also helping visitors remain calm. She will also go through stretching techniques to ease common prenatal discomforts.
Sessions cost £5 and take place from 7.30pm-8.30pm. Booking is essential.
