SHINFIELD Parish Council is inviting residents to pay their respects on Remembrance Sunday.
A parade and service will take place at the War Memorial in School Green, featuring a two-minute silence which will help the village honour those who lost their lives in conflict.
The tribute is conducted in the UK and other countries within the Commonwealth, coinciding with the time in 1918 at which the First World War came to an end.
The parade will assemble at 10.15am and march at 10.45am, with the service taking place at 10.50am. There will be refreshments served at the School Green Centre after the ceremony.
