IN ARBORFIELD families gathered to remember the nation’s 80th D-Day anniversary at The Arborfield Royal British Legion.

They were there to celebrate and to remember the soldiers at the Normandy Landings who lost their lives.
Visitors enjoyed a day of family-friendly activities, with live music, food, face painting, a bouncy castle, and a barbecue.

Youngsters were able to pet young lambs, while adults danced to live music throughout the day.
Bands included: The New Highs, Full Flavour Band, and Stoney Lane.
