A WOKINGHAM-based therapy organisation specialising in physiotherapy and occupational therapy for older adults, has announced the expansion of its expertise to children and young people.
Therapies on Thames launched its new KidsRehab services at Wade Day Care Centre, where youngsters will be able to receive specialist occupational therapy and rehabilitation services.
KidsRehab provides for children and young people throughout Berkshire and the South of England, building on Therapies on Thames’ proven track record in delivering high-quality, person-centred and holistic care.
This development marks an important milestone, the organisation says, as it broadens its focus, bringing its skills and experience to a new generation.
The launch event welcomed guest speakers and partners, including renowned Parkinson’s expert, Dr. Apurba Chatterjee, who shared valuable insights into the importance of tailored rehabilitation.

Raj Senniappan, Founder and Managing Director at Therapies on Thames, said: “We are delighted to be launching KidsRehab.
“Our mission is to ensure that children and young people have access to the highest quality therapy and rehabilitation services, helping them achieve their potential and supporting their families every step of the way.
“Just as importantly, we want children to enjoy their rehabilitation journey – building confidence, having fun and feeling supported through a holistic approach.”
The new service and website at Wade Day Care Centre will act as a hub for families accessing guidance, therapy and resources to support their child’s rehabilitation journey.

Therapies on Thames thanks partners, supporters and attendees who joined the event, helping to make the launch both memorable and meaningful.
