ONE OF Microsoft’s leading partners has credited a business hub in Winnersh with “transforming” its remote working practises.
IT support and services company Transparity has said that the Arena Offices in Winnersh Triangle has been instrumental in helping the company to develop its remote work and hybrid work practises.
The company began using the rental office spaces in 2015 and went on to establish a collaboration hub at the site.
The site now accommodates up to 100 employees at a time, in close proximity to London.
While working remotely remains the norm for the team at Transparity, the space provides an environment for face-to-face meetings and other work in person.
It forms part of their Winning From Anywhere ethos, which provides employees with tools to work from wherever suits them best.
David Jobbins, Chairman of Transparity, said: “We envisioned a space that transcended the traditional office setup, one that encourages shared experiences and collaboration.
“The partnership with Arena Offices has been fantastic in understanding this vision, offering us complete flexibility and support in our rapid expansion journey.
“The Winnersh Triangle Centre is everything we envisioned a dynamic, welcoming environment conducive to productivity and collaboration.
“With its strategic location and vibrant community spirit, the centre continues to serve as a central hub of innovation and collaboration for Transparity and its dedicated team of professionals.”
