A VAN crashed into a pond on a road near Hurst.
The incident happened at 3.10pm on Saturday, March 2, on Islandstone Lane.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service sent crews from Wokingham Road and Wokingham fire stations to the scene.
They helped the driver out of the vehicle and back on to terra firma, in an operation that took around 15 minutes.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a van had crashed into a pond. Firefighters helped on person out of the van and onto dry land.
