WOKINGHAM Borough Council’s environment work has been featured in a recent episode of a climate-centred podcast.
In a recent instalment of the Electric Evolution Podcast, host Liz Allan interviewed Katrin Harding, the council’s Executive Member for Climate and Environment.
Katrin discussed the borough’s Climate Emergency declaration and covered practical initiatives such as EV education days, e-bike trials, canopy solar and home energy upgrades.
She also highlighted the importance of transparent reporting and community engagement.
The podcast is run by Full Circle Continuous Improvement, a Reading-based consultancy which has turned its attention to the growing EV industry.
The council hopes the interview offers insight into how local climate plans are being turned into action.
