The Fines Bayliwick House Hotel in Binfield will be turned into 11 apartments.
Bracknell Forest Council has approved plans to convert the hotel on London Road, Binfield, into 11 two bedroom apartments with 25 car parking spaces.
The building will have new extensions built on it following the demolition of the existing ones.
Some neighbours objected to the plans, worrying that there would not be enough parking for the future occupants, affecting surrounding roads.
The plans, which date back to 2022, have now been signed with a legal agreement.
Wokingham Borough Council: 240892
Plans for a new roundabout as part of a major housing development have been given the green light.
A roundabout will be put at the junction of Waterloo Road and William Heelas Way.
This will allow an alternative route to Waterloo Road as part of the South Wokingham Strategic Development Location. This will deliver 2,500 new homes, two primary schools, shopes and other community facilities between the border of Wokingham Borough and Bracknell Forest.

A restaurant set to open on Crowthorne High Street is hoping to extend its opening hours.
The unnamed fine-dining European restaurant will open at 19 High Street, Crowthorne, in the former Triple BBB’s Smokehouse.
Plans submitted to Bracknell Forest Council have asked to open from 8am to 11:30pm from Monday to Thursday and 8am to 12am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This would be changing from the existing opening times of 12pm to 11pm.
The plans have been validated by Bracknell Forest Council and a decision is yet to be made.
Wokingham Borough Council: 242785
An office block in Mulberry Business Park will be converted into homes.
Wokingham Borough Council has approved plans for the change of use of the ground and first floors of Indigo House in Mulberry Business Park into 32 flats.
These will be made up of one and two-bedroom apartments with large windows.
The business park on Fishponds Road is a 24 minute walk from Wokingham town centre. There are a number of bus stops along Molly Millars Lane.
The car park with 88 spaces will be enough for the future residents, plans indicate.
