Wokingham Choral Society is hosting a Come and Sing event later this month.
The group’s Greatest Choral Hits day will see participants learn some music, including Handel’s Zadok the Priest, Verdi’s Va pensiero, and Mozart’s Ave verum corpus.
Then they will perform them in an informal concert at the end of the day that family and friends can attend.
It is held at The Holt School in Wokingham on Saturday, April 22. Doors open at 10am, and the workshop begins at 10.30am, with a break at noon.
People should bring their own packed lunch, while tea, coffee, and cake will be provided in the afternoon break.
The cost is £25 for advance booking or £30 on the day, including music to keep, with concert tickets at £5.
