Wokingham Festival has confirmed the first acts set to appear at its 2026 event, which will take place from 29 to 31 August in the town centre.
Organisers say the three-day festival will once again combine live music with family-friendly activities, food and drink.
A headline act for Saturday night has yet to be announced, with festival organisers saying details will be revealed “very soon”.
Sunday evening will feature The Ogretones, a Shrek-themed tribute band known for performing songs from the film’s soundtrack, while Monday’s closing performance will come from psychedelic rock musician Arthur Brown, fronting The Crazy World of Arthur Brown.
In addition to live music, the festival will include a silent disco, street food traders, and craft beer and cocktail bars. Activities aimed at families are planned throughout the weekend.
Tickets for the event are now on sale, with further band announcements expected in the coming months.
More information can be found on the festival’s official website.
