A CHARITY fashion night in Wokingham will raise money for Wade Day Care Centre.
The Catwalk garment show hosted by Edinburgh Woollen Mill, will give attendees an opportunity to try and buy items, with the added bonus of 20% off the cost of new in-store goods.
Sue English from Wade, said: “We’re very grateful to the Woollen Mill for offering to host the event, and we think it’s going to be a fun evening.
“There will be three catwalk models, including my husband John, who has been persuaded to take part.
“It means that we can truly say that Johnny English will be one of the evening’s star turns.”
Wade Day Care Centre supports older people from Monday to Friday, from 9am until 4pm, providing home-cooked lunches, activities, services, and a friendly environment in which to socialise.
The Edinburgh Woollen Mill fashion event, for both men and women, will take place at the Denmark Street clothing store on, Thursday, April 3, from 6pm until 9pm.
A raffle will also take place, and refreshments will be provided.
Free parking is available at the back of the shop.
Tickets for the event cost £6, including a glass of wine, fruit juice, tea, coffee and nibbles.
Proceeds will go to Wade Day Care Centre.
