THE timetable for this year’s Woodley Carnival has been released.
The event is returning for the first time since 2019, and also marks the 60th edition since its launch in 1960.
It gets underway at noon on Saturday, June 11, at the Memorial Ground, next to the Oakwood Centre, on Headley Road.

As well as the performers there will also be more than 100 stalls catering for every age group.
There is also a classic car show, dog show, photographic show and flower show taking place during the afternoon.
The popular party in the park is also returning and gets underway from 6pm.
Four bands are scheduled to perform before fireworks will light up the sky to signal the end of the carnival for 2022.
Topping the bill is the Vintage Sound Collective with The Echo, Chestnuts and Mike and the Rockbelly also performing.
The Carnival Pub, which is operated by Friends of Woodley Carnival, will also be open throughout the evening.
Parking is available adjacent to the carnival field in the Woodley Town Centre pay and display car parks
Tickets are available on the day with afternoon entry from noon to 5pm costing £4 for adults and seniors, and £1 for children 16 and under.
Admission to the evening concert includes afternoon entry and costs £10 for adults and seniors, £5 for children aged 12 to 16 and under-12s are free.
