Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an incident of grievous bodily harm in Wokingham town centre.
The incident occurred at around 11:55pm at the Redan Public House in Peach Street on Saturday, September 30.
The victim, a man in his twenties, had a glass smashed into his face after having a conversation with the offender. The victim sustained several facial lacerations which required hospital treatment, where he remains at this time.
The offender is described as a white man, at around 6ft tall with a stocky build. He was bald and had grey facial hair and a handlebar moustache. He was wearing a pink polo short, grey zip-up hooded jacket, blue jeans and white trainers.
Investigating officer Pippa Sharman, said: “We are appealing to anyone who has witnessed this incident to please come forward.
“From our initial enquiries, we believe there was a white female with blonde hair who witnessed the incident. She was wearing a pink bardot top and a dark cross-body bag.
“Officers would like to speak to this individual as we believe she may provide vital information to the investigation.
