ARBORFIELD summer fete has been postponed due to the Met Office’s amber warning.
The event, which would have taken place inside the Arborfield community centre, was scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 16.
The organising committee met on Tuesday afternoon, making the decision after several stalls withdrew due to the exceptionally high temperatures expected this weekend.
The rescheduled event will take place between 1pm-5pm on Monday, August 29.
