Seven parcels of woodland in Barkham will come under the hammer at a land auction today (Thursday).
The auction by Barney Estates will feature the parcels of land, each 0.2 acres in size. Each plot is estimated to achieve £35,000.
The auction catalogue describes the land on Sandy Lane as being in an “idyllic location, on the fringes of Wokingham and Barkham.”
The auction is the third such sale of land in the same vicinity within a few months.
