A WRITER is giving an illustrated talk about independent bus and coach operators.
Author Paul Lacey will speak about the book he wrote and published in 2019.
Called Early Independents of the Bracknell, Crowthorne & Wokingham Area, it covers the history of operators from the 1920s to the 1960s.
The event takes place at Wokingham Library on Friday 10 March, from 2pm to 3pm.
This will be a fully illustrated talk, and the author’s book will be available to purchase on the day.
The event is free to attend, but places must be booked in advance via the library events website.
