A BINFIELD man is to appear in court early next year, after being charged over an alleged hare coursing incident.
Danny Mitchell, 21, and of Hazelwood Lane, and Tommy Cole, 19, of The Paddock, Lyne Road, Surrey, were charged on Friday, December 1, with one count of being equipped for searching for or pursuing hares with dogs.
The alleged incident took place in in Howe Lane, Paley Street, Maidenhead on Thursday, November 30.
The pair have been bailed and will appear at Slough Magistrates Court on Tuesday, January 2.
