PUPILS and staff at a borough primary school and nursery were excited to receive a special visitor.
St Sebastian’s C of E Primary School and Nursery was delighted to welcome their guest The Rt Revd Mary Gregory, Bishop of Reading.
Bishop Mary spent time touring classrooms, meeting children, and sharing insights about her important role within the Church.
During her visit, she spoke to the children about her responsibilities as a bishop and the many churches she supports across the diocese.
She listened with interest as pupils shared their thoughts and reflections from collective worship, and praised the school’s warm, family feel, offering encouragement for their thoughtful contributions.
There are still places available at the school, which is situated on the edge of Crowthorne.
