Adjustments to parking and station route at Bracknell Beeches (Bracknell app 24/00633/FUL)
Changes have been made to the Bracknell Beeches development for 349 flats south of the station.
For parking, adjustments involve realignments to the buildings that were different to those previously approved. The total amount of 406 spaces remains the same.
Additionally, a ramped pedestrian access to the station has also been changed to allow the retention of a tree.
These adjustments were approved on Tuesday, December 9.
Sandhurst nursery expansion refused (Bracknell app 25/00525/FUL)
A plan to expand a nursery in Sandhurst to increase the number of children from 48 to 63 has been rejected.
The project would have involved the replacement of a shed with a timber cabin at Cherrytown Nursery in the College Town area.
The cabin would have had an air source heat pump and provided a place for 15 more children to be looked after.
However, the plan was rejected by Bracknell Forest Council due to concerns about increased parking and noise in the neighbourhood.
Details for 343 home development approved (Wokingham app 252279)
Crucial details for the development of 343 homes south of Wokingham have been approved.
The homes will be built by the Vistry Group as part of the South Wokingham Strategic Development Location.
Vistry has won permission for brick details of the new homes that will be situated at Parcel 11 of the development.
The homes will be built on a ‘parcel’ of land situated off Waterloo Road, just south of the Eastern Gateway roundabout, which is linked with William Heelas Way.
Replacement home in Berkshire village approved (Wokingham app 252055)
A plan for a large new home to replace an existing house in Remenham has been given the go-ahead.
The existing house, called Lindisfarne, will be replaced with a five-bedroom two-storey home along Wargrave Road, on the way to Henley.
A pool house and carport will also be built as part of the project.
A Wokingham council planning officer judged that the development complied with policies, so the project was approved on December 12.
