Thames Valley Division 4A

EMMBROOK AND BEARWOOD made it two wins from two to start the campaign with a six-wicket victory over FINCHAMPSTEAD.

Finch batted first and scored 171 before they were all out, which included four wickets from Ollie Wiliams.

The Bears took the win after 31.4 overs with just four wickets down as Jack Narraway totalled 83 runs not out.

EVERSLEY 2s picked up a five wicket win to ensure their winning start to the season.

An exceptional spell from Eversley bowler Anup Urath saw him take seven wickets as they got Fleet all out for 180 before they took the win with five wickets to spare.

Home Counties Division One

FINCHAMPSTEAD made it two wins from two with a 58-run success against WARGRAVE.

Gregory Smith put 57 runs on the board for Finch before three wickets each from Lewis Sharp and Josh Pistorius helped the hosts to victory.

WOKINGHAM were beaten for the second consecutive game with a 31-run loss at home to Aston Rowant.

BCMC Championship

BRACKNELL UNITED 2s took a 99-run success against Braywood.

Mayank Kedia top scored with 83 not out to help Bracknell to 228 and Omar Khalid then claimed four wickets to see his team over the line.

CROWTHORNE & CROWN WOOD picked up a six wicket triumph against Chalfont St Giles.

Daniel Cartledge hit 71 not out and Peter Emes added 63.

SHINFIELD lost out by 77 runs to Penn & Tylers Green.

BCL Premier Division

FARLEY HILL earned a win on the road against Goring on Thames by two wickets.

SANDHURST got the better of SHINFIELD 2s by five runs in a closely fought contest.

CROWTHORNE & CROWN WOOD 2s won by five wickets at Silchester.

BCL Division 1

EARLEY added 38 points to their total with a two wicket success against WALTHAM ST LAWRENCE.

HURST put 35 points on the board with a one wicket home victory against WEST READING.

BRACKNELL UNITED 3s lost on their trip to Maidenhead Royals by five wickets.

READING LIONS earned 35 points on their trip to Welford Park with an 86-run triumph.

Thames Valley Division 1

READING took victory by 16 runs in their home tie with Marlow.

Praful Waghela totted up 92 runs for Reading in the first innings before three wickets from Aditya Srinivasan helped Reading to claim the win.

EVERSLEY were beaten on their away visit to Ickenham by three wickets.

Thames Valley Division 2B

BINFIELD were narrowly beaten away to Slough by two wickets.

Isaac Humphrey top scored for Binfield with 65 and Chris Morgan contributed 56 not out despite the defeat.

SONNING lost by 31 runs on their trip to Kidmore End.

WOKINGHAM 2s totalled 22 points with a 93-run success against Cove.

Jarrett Bobb was just one run shy of scoring a half century as the Oaks hit 182 before four wickets from Callum Creighton and three wickets from Jack Fisher saw Wokingham take the win.

Thames Valley Division 3A

WARGRAVE 2s were on the wrong end of an 111-run loss to FINCHAMPSTEAD 2s.

Finch were put into bat first as opening batsman Joe Sheldon scored 90 and Wargrave bowler Neal Robinson picked up four wickets.

Finchampstead bowler James Woodford had four wickets to his name as his side cruised to victory.

THEALE AND TILEHURST were victors by 74 runs against READING 2s.

HURST lost by 73 runs on their trip to FALKLAND 2s.
