A SANDHURST choir will sing in Crowthorne this month.
The Cecilia Singers aim to delight with their concert, Days of Beauty and Blessings.
Mary Treen from the group said: “It will highlight the choir’s uniquely blended sound which will act to soothe and replenish the soul, a much-needed source of comfort in today’s uncertain times.
“There will, of course, be some toe-tapping numbers on offer too.”
With music by John Rutter, Ralph Vaughan Williams, and Ola Gjeilo, this will be the inaugural concert with the choir’s new director, Rachel Riordan.
The Cecilia Singers have been singing together for the last 10 years and over this period, have raised many thousands of pounds for local charities.
The concert will take place at St John the Baptist Church, Crowthorne, on Saturday October 25 at 7.30pm.
The concert is free, with a retiring collection for church funds.
Interval refreshments will be available.
