And they have opted for big hitting wicket-keeper Lincoln to take the reins for the 2018 season.
Lincoln, 22, has been impressive for both Finch and Berkshire when he has played over the past couple of years, scoring 771 runs at an average of 35.05, including 94 boundaries, in 2017.
But he has often missed large chunks of the season due to his football commitments.
Formerly on the books of Reading FC, the goalkeeper even had a trial with Arsenal in 2016 and has spent the last two seasons playing in the upper reaches of non-league for Braintree Town and Bognor Regis Town.
