Eastheath Avenue between Heath Close and Crail Close will be closed for a month from Monday, September 28.
Wokingham Borough Council is carrying out drainage repairs for the works which are expected to take at least four weeks.
A diversion will be in place via Molly Millars Lane and Finchampstead Road.
Residents and businesses will still have access to their properties, although the council says there may be times they are asked to wait while certain work is finished.
