A DROP-IN group can help people find groups and sessions in their area.
The Happiness Hub brings together support services, and offers mental health and well-being advice to people aged 18 and above.
Visitors can enjoy hot drinks, play games, try crafts, and learn about more activities and groups to explore.
The hub meets on the third Friday of every month in Crowthorne.
The next event is at Crowthorne Fire Station, on Friday, August 16.
Doors are open from 11am until 1pm.
There is no need to book, and people are free to come and go as they please.
