Crews from Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue were called to a fire in Wokingham on Sunday night.
A spokesperson told Wokingham Today: “At 11:40pm on Sunday, January 7, we received reports of a fire on Crescent Road in Wokingham.
“Crews from Wokingham Road, Wokingham and Bracknell fire stations were sent to the scene.
“Upon arrival, crews discovered a fire in a second storey bathroom.
“Firefighters, equipped with breathing apparatus, used one hose reel to extinguish the fire.
“Crews also provided immediate emergency care to one person before placing them in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
“Crews were at the scene for approximately one hour and eight minutes.”
It is understood the fire was in Grainford Court.
