A FIRE at a park in Emmbrook is believed to have been started deliberately.
At about 4.35pm on Tuesday (16) a fire was started in the park area on Toutley Road at the junction with Emmbrook Road.
A group of young people were seen running away from this area down Clifton Road, towards the parade of shops.
The Fire Service attended and extinguished the fire which caused some damage to the grass and ground within the park.
Thames Valley Police are now investigating the fire as possible arson, and are appealing to anyone who may have seen the incident, or who have information which may be helpful to police, to call 101.
